The Specifications of Business Static Web Design

This is the second level package offered by ecdisenyo. It has the following specifications:

• will be completed using Website X5 Evolution 8 and graphics in MyLogo Maker Professional v2.0
• standard pages of Home Page, About Us and Contact Us
• a minimum of 12 article pages. An articles page is an internal page composing of a single article of not more than 500 words or a picture display page of not more than 20 images.
• a client provided logo or Developer will create one
• custom template X5 of title bar + footer + page contents + background
• advertisements as requested by client
• upload and embedding Client provided videos
• includes two revisions

The total time to complete the project is 48 hours, spanning a total of 12 business days given 4 billable hours a day. Rate is pegged at Pesos 500/hr so the total cost is 24,000 Pesos.

The Project Timeline

I. Development Phase

This consist of 36 hours or 9 days of the project. It involves the web design up to the first draft.

II. Revision Phase

After the client reviews the draft and submits any change requests, the project enters this phase. A revision cycle consist of 4 hours or 1 day of the project. The changes are implemented and then the revised draft is returned to the client. Two revision cycles are included for the busines package with a total of 8 hrs or in 2 business days. Any new revisions from the second revision cycle will be billed separately using the common rate of Pesos 500/hr.

III. Implementation Phase.

Once the client approves the revised or original drafts, the completed work is uploaded onto the client's web space. The domain is submitted to major search engines like google and yahoo. This is projected to be completed within a business day with 4 billable hours. Within a week's time of deployment, any break fixes are implemented free of charge.


Payment Terms

Before actual work on the project commences, the client must settle upfront the total cost for the Development Phase. For this package, the amount is Pesos 18,000. The remaining balance should be settled before the Implementation Phase or before the work is uploaded on the client's web space. This amounts to Pesos 6,000 assuming no additional revisions or services were availed upon by the client.
