When do I need this service package?
This package is ideal for folks venturing into the web for the first time. The key goal is to serve as an online brochure.
The Specifications of Basic Brochure Website Design
This is the very basic package offered by ecdisenyo. It has the following specifications:
- will be using Incomedia Website X5 Evolution 8 and graphics in MyLogo Maker Professional v2.0
- maximum of 5 pages
- a client provided logo or Developer will create one
- custom template of title bar + footer + page contents + background
- upload and embedding Client provided videos
- includes one revision
- free shared hosting on ecdisenyo.com for 1 year
The total days to complete the project is 7 business days, given 2 billable hours a day. Rate is pegged at Pesos 500/day. Rate is fixed at 3,000 Pesos.
The Project Timeline
I. Development Phase
This consist of 10 hours or 5 days of the project. It involves the web design up to the first draft.
II. Revision Phase
After the client reviews the draft and submits any change requests, the project enters this phase. This consist of 2 hours or 1 day of the project. The changes are implemented and then the revised draft is returned to the client. Any new revisions from herewith will be billed separately using the common rate of Pesos 500/day.
III. Implementation Phase.
Once the client approves the revised or original drafts, the current work is uploaded into the client's web space. The domain or sitemap is submitted to major search engines like google and yahoo. This is projected to be completed within a business day with 2 non billable hours. Within a week's time of deployment, any break fixes are implemented free of charge.
Payment Terms
Before actual work on the project commences, the client must settle upfront the total cost for the whole project ( mainly because this package is relatively very affordable). For this package, the amount is Pesos 3,000.
* The payment for domain registration are separate of the design services. We offer to share the hosting space to those who avail of these package free for 1 year.
